JW’s was founded in 2014 with a simple mission: to give the people of Winthrop a comfortable place to eat great food, celebrate good times, and create lasting memories with family and friends. That tradition proudly continues today under new ownership, with two of Boston’s finest chefs at the helm.

Executive Chef Jay Silva has spent the past two decades creating unforgettable dining experiences at several of Boston’s finest locations – including The Ritz-Carlton, Pho Republic, Oscar’s, and for the past nine years, as Executive Chef-de Cuisine for the Kimpton Hotel Group’s three Boston properties: Bambara, located at the Hotel Marlowe in Cambridge, Highball Lounge, and The Ruby Room.
